1. Eligibility for a Refund
A transaction is eligible for a refund only under the following specific conditions:
- A refund request is submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
- The payment amount was successfully deducted from your bank account or card, but the transaction failed and was not credited to the respective municipal/property tax authority due to a technical error on our platform or with our payment gateway partners.
2. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team at SAVETIMECASH2018@GMAIL.COM with the following details:
- A clear subject line, such as "Refund Request for Transaction ID [Your_Transaction_ID]".
- The registered user email address and property details associated with the payment.
- A valid proof of payment (e.g., bank statement screenshot showing the deduction with transaction details).
Our team will verify the claim and, if eligible, process the refund within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- The payment was successfully processed and credited to the municipal/property tax authority. For any issues thereafter (such as overpayment), you must contact the respective authority directly.
- The user entered incorrect information, such as a wrong property ID, owner details, or payment amount. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming payment.
- The transaction failure was due to issues on the user's end, such as poor internet connectivity, browser issues, or insufficient funds.
4. Changes to This Policy
EliteTaxPayments reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or by posting a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
