- All property tax payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways.
- EliteTaxPayments is not liable for payment processing delays or failures caused by banking systems, payment gateways, or other third-party providers.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or payment adjustments are subject to the policies of the respective tax authorities and payment gateways. We will facilitate such processes where possible but do not guarantee outcomes.
4. User Conduct
- You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.
- Any attempt to defraud, manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform or its users will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead to legal action.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or misuse our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteTaxPayments (ELITE DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or delays in payment processing.
